MRT Kiasu tells you which door to stand at, so you step off nearest the escalator, lift, stairs, your exit, or your transfer.

The code and the data are public, so anyone can check what the app claims and where it got it. Door positions are the hard part: almost all of them are still estimates, and each platform someone verifies helps every commuter who uses it afterwards. Corrections, surveys and better translations are all welcome.

No official dataset maps train doors to escalators, lifts or exits. We checked LTA DataMall, data.gov.sg, SMRT and SBS Transit. Singapore's platforms carry no door numbering either. So this information has to be built by people who ride the network.
How sure we are
Every door position carries a confidence level, and we never blur them. A verified position means someone stood on that platform and checked it. An estimate is computed from where an exit surfaces — accurate to roughly 30 metres, which is why an estimate names a car and never a specific door.
Nothing is invented
Every figure traces to a citable source or is computed from one. Where data does not exist, the app says so instead of guessing. A build-time check fails the release if any position lacks a source or points at an exit that LTA's data says does not exist.
