What stays on your device
Your language, theme, avatar, skin tone and exit preference are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device, we cannot read them, and clearing your browser data removes them.
What we collect
Only what you type into the report form. The message is required; your name and email are optional and used solely to reply to you. Each report also carries the page you sent it from, your language setting and your screen size, so we can reproduce the problem. Nothing else is attached.
Cookies
None. The app sets no cookies at all, which is why you are not being asked to accept any. Local storage is used only for the preferences above — it is functional, not tracking.
Third parties
No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no request to Google. Live train data is fetched by our server from LTA DataMall — your browser never contacts LTA, and nothing about you is sent there.
Your data
If you sent a report and want it deleted, or want to know what we hold, use the report form and say so. Since reports are the only personal data we hold, and only if you chose to add your name or email, there is usually nothing to find.
