Short version: there are no accounts, no tracking, no cookies, and no third-party services running in your browser.

What stays on your device
Your language, theme, avatar and skin tone, which avatars you have unlocked, how you like to leave a platform, which fare card you tap, how much detail you want shown, and the walking this device has saved you. All of it stays in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the report form or a platform survey. A report's message is required; a survey's note is not. On both, your name and email are optional and used solely to reply to you. Each one also carries the page you sent it from, your language setting and your screen size, so we can reproduce the problem or check the survey. Nothing else is attached.
Cookies
None. The app sets no cookies at all, which is why you are not being asked to accept any. Local storage is used only for the preferences above — it is functional, not tracking.
Where reports and surveys are kept
Both are stored in a database run by Neon, our database provider, and the app itself is hosted by Vercel. Nobody else has access. A report is kept until the problem it describes is fixed, then deleted. A survey is kept after it is reviewed, whether or not it was accepted, because a later survey that disagrees with it is worth being able to compare against — but if you added your name or email, ask and we will remove them or the whole submission.
Third parties
No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no request to Google. Live train data is fetched by our server from LTA DataMall — your browser never contacts LTA, and nothing about you is sent there. The only companies handling your data are our hosting and database providers, named above.
Your data
If you sent a report or a survey and want it deleted, or want to know what we hold, use the report form and say so. Those two forms are the only personal data we hold, and only if you chose to add your name or email.
